Board
Corporate Relations Department

The Corporate Relations department functions as the intermediary between our club and corporate partners. Members of the department are responsible for the acquisition of new corporate partners, whilst simultaneously strengthening relationships with existing partners. The “Women in Business Days” is an event series that connects female students with managers from leading international firms from various industries. The event is divided into two parts, allowing members to benefit from both skill workshops and networking opportunities. Another important area of responsibility is the "Mentorship Program", designed to meaningfully connect participants with a mentor who can guide them to navigate their careers successfully. The "Female Bootcamp" is instrumental in honing our club members' skill sets, encompassing communication, presentation skills, and salary negotiations. Additional duties involve managing the club's sponsorships.

The aim of this program is to provide students with a platform for their personal and professional development while giving mentors the opportunity to make a significant contribution and discover potential future talent. Key areas include leadership and self-development skills.

Community
Community Department

The community department is dedicated to preserve the core values of NWiB and foster awareness among our student body. Because we care deeply about the education and interaction of our members, the community department organizes inspirational speaker panels, internal discussion rounds, and feminist reading circles. The department hosts social networking events to strengthen the club’s internal cohesion and support among members. Moreover, it initiates club collaborations to further spread the club’s mission. In addition, it  offers workshops to provide members with the tools and support they need to advance in their careers, ensuring their continued personal growth and professional development.
