Recruitment process
The recruitment process is open at the beginning of each semester to every Bachelor's and Master's student at Nova SBE.
We have adapted our recruitment process and work environment and our entire recruiting process is now held online to accommodate everyone.
How does it work?
There are 4 steps to our application process:
1. Application form
The application form is a combination of long and short answers where we can assess your personality fit, value fit, and motivation. We want to get to know you!
2. Board reviews all applications and shares results
Your application will be carefully reviewed by the board members over the 3 dimensions mentioned above. You will receive an email with your results within 3-4 days after the application form closes.
3. Interview
Selected candidates will be invited to participate an in interview with one or two board members. The interview is all about getting to know you, learning what you are excited about, and seeing what you can bring to the team.
4. Final results
Board members will once again meet to discuss all interviews and send out results! You will receive a result 3-4 days after your interview.
